Everything you need to plan your visit: opening hours and ticket prices, visiting rules, what awaits in the galleries, and accessibility for guests with disabilities.
Less than $15 for a world-class experience — this is the exact amount sufficient for a family of two adults and two children to enter the Islamic Civilization Center for an excursion.
The visit prices for this new large-scale cultural project in Tashkent were announced at a press conference attended by members of the Scientific Council, representatives of partner organizations, and experts in science, culture, and education.
The Center is open to the general public and can be visited on a permanent basis. Its working hours are designed for visitors’ convenience: every day from 09:00 to 22:00, without days off. This allows, in particular, families to visit in the evening after work. Such a practice is being introduced for the first time in Uzbekistan’s museums.
The organizers noted that the visit system has been developed in accordance with international museum standards and is intended for both local residents and foreign tourists. Tickets are divided into different categories, with separate prices established for citizens of Uzbekistan, foreign visitors, and children.
The ticket price includes:
— accompaniment by professional multilingual guides
— access to unique exhibits and historical artifacts
— exhibitions reflecting Central Asia’s contribution to world science and Islamic civilization
Visitors will also have access to the Qur’an Hall. There, a luminous dynamic environment has been created through architectural-artistic mapping using more than one million Swarovski crystals. The program also includes four “time capsules,” allowing immersion into different historical periods. Interactive and digital installations present the scientific and cultural heritage of the region.
Tickets are available online (via iTicket.uz) and at the Center’s ticket offices. Electronic tickets are equipped with QR codes, making entry fast and convenient.
The visit formats are also varied:
— group excursions of up to 30 people
— individual visits
Excursions are conducted in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
Tickets are sold for specific time slots, which helps prevent queues and regulate visitor flow.
Additional services are also being introduced at the Center:
— robot guides
— multilingual audio guides
— virtual tour formats
