Tajikistan Representatives: “The Center Is Important for Future Generations”
At the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a delegation from the Agency for Innovation and New Technologies under the President of Tajikistan, as well as the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. The delegation, led by Akmalzoda Nodir, Head of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, toured all the exhibition halls.
While viewing the exhibitions dedicated to the Pre-Islamic period and the First and Second Renaissances, the guests were deeply impressed by the unique artifacts on display, historical sources, and the harmonious integration of modern technologies. Members of the delegation emphasized that the Center serves not only to preserve historical heritage, but also as an important platform for strengthening cultural ties and advancing education.
Faromarz Rahmonzoda, Chief Inspector of the Anti-Corruption Department of Tajikistan, shared his impressions:
The Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan is a highly significant spiritual and educational complex built on the basis of beautiful architectural solutions and modern technologies. Here, visitors have the opportunity to closely explore the history of pre-Islamic civilizations as well as the subsequent stages of remarkable development after the advent of Islam through digital technologies.
The role of great scholars — Abu Ali ibn Sino, Abu Rayhan Beruni, and Muhammad Khwarizmi — in the development of civilization is presented in an impressive manner. This once again demonstrates the rich scientific and spiritual heritage of the peoples of Central Asia. The Center is of great importance not only for Uzbekistan, but for the entire region, including the people of Tajikistan.
Sanjar Ikhtiyorzoda, Head of the Department of International Relations and Public Relations of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, also shared his first:
This is my first visit to Uzbekistan, and one of the first places we visited was the Islamic Civilization Center. From the moment we stepped inside, we experienced unforgettable impressions.
At the Center, history, art, and innovative technologies are presented in a modern and impactful way. It is rare to find such a comprehensive and high-level center anywhere in the world.
In particular, this place is of incomparable importance for young people and children. Here, they can study the heritage of their ancestors, learn lessons from history, and acquire new knowledge. The exhibitions are rich in content and carefully designed. The return of rare exhibits from Europe deserves special recognition. This is an important step toward preserving cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations.
