The book “Shavkat Mirziyoyev: An Enlightened Leader” will be presented at the International Media Forum “Islamic Civilization: A New Perspective — New Discoveries” in Tashkent.
The author of the publication is Mahmud Erol Kılıç, Director General of the Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA). The book is dedicated to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the reforms being implemented in the country, and the President’s international initiatives.

IRCICA is a research center of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation specializing in the study of the history, art, and cultural heritage of the Islamic world. The participation of its Director General in the presentation will form part of the forum’s international publishing program.
The International Media Forum will take place from August 24 to 28, 2026, in Tashkent and Samarkand.
The main venue of the forum will be the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. The event will bring together 300 representatives of the media and expert community from nearly 50 countries, including executives of media companies, news agencies and television channels, journalists, producers, scholars, and creative industry professionals.
