TEACHERS AND MENTORS — A NOBLE SYMBOL OF ENLIGHTENMENT AND UPBRINGING
A special event honoring teachers and mentors was held at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan on the occasion of October 1 — Teachers and Mentors Day.
The Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, established at the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, brings together scholars, teachers, and specialists with many years of experience in the fields of science, education, enlightenment, and culture. The festive event served as an expression of deep respect and gratitude to these dedicated individuals.
During the event, Firdavs Abdukhalikov, Director of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, congratulated the teachers and mentors and emphasized their invaluable role in the spiritual life of society.
A teacher is a noble figure who gives a person not only knowledge, but also lessons for life and spiritual values. The work of teachers is especially important in studying history, science, and enlightenment and passing this knowledge on to future generations. Every scholar and specialist working at our Center is making a worthy contribution to the education and upbringing of the younger generation through their knowledge, experience, and dedication, — said Firdavs Abdukhalikov.
During the gathering, special recognition was given to the many years of dedicated work of the teachers and scholars working at the Center in the fields of scholarship and enlightenment.
In particular, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Professor Zohidullo Munavvarov, as well as experienced specialists who had served for many years in responsible and leadership positions in government institutions, together with a number of active members of the Center’s staff, were warmly congratulated on the occasion. They were presented with flowers and offered sincere wishes.
