At the Museum of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, key issues regarding the design, project outcomes, and enrichment of content for the section “The era of Uzbek Khanates” were discussed.

It is expected that the exhibition of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan will include manuscript copies of Alisher Navoi’s works dating back to the 15th–17th centuries. In particular, it is planned to display copies of the Khamsa epic poem transcribed in the 15th century by Abdulmajid Taqoni and calligrapher Sultan Ali Mashhadi for Sultan Husayn Mirza.

Scholars are describing the return of rare artifacts and priceless treasures related to Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage from prestigious auction houses and private collectors in the United Kingdom, made possible by the initiative of the country’s leader and the practical support of the government, as a historic event for Uzbekistan.

Today, a press tour was organized for media representatives with the participation of scholars and specialists to become familiar with the creation process of the miniatures that will be placed along the “Wall of Civilizations and Discoveries” at the Museum of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan.
