The unique experience in Uzbekistan, unparalleled in the world, astonished Russian specialists

28.04.2026, 09:581039

Russian specialists arrived in Uzbekistan and “crossed the wall of time.” This visit completely changed their perception. According to members of the delegation led by Elena Terekhova, Secretary General of the Russian Equestrian Federation, they felt as though they had instantly been transported to another era during their visit to Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the guests observed the harmony of history and modern technologies through the Center’s exhibitions. The style of presentation left a deep impression on them. They were particularly fascinated by the interactive solutions that vividly depict ancient civilizations, human lifestyles, and historical processes.

Members of the delegation showed great interest in the historical sources related to pre-Islamic civilizations presented in the museum exhibitions, especially the depictions of horses and the high esteem given to this animal in ancient societies.

Elena Terekhova, Secretary General of the Russian Equestrian Federation:

“The way the materials are presented here is very modern — not just a simple display, but an interactive approach that allows every visitor to feel history and imagine themselves living in different eras. This is especially important for the younger generation.

The Center vividly demonstrates Uzbekistan’s rich history and development. I am confident that young people who visit this place will not only gain new knowledge but also develop a deeper interest in history. After all, history is the greatest treasure that must be preserved.

Another aspect that impressed me is the presence of a separate section dedicated to international relations. This is no coincidence, as Uzbekistan, located at the heart of the Great Silk Road, has always been a crossroads of cultures. Through the materials I saw here, my knowledge about the country has become even richer.

The section dedicated to sports also left a strong impression on me — it shows how important sporting achievements are for any country.”

The delegation members also gave special recognition to the section dedicated to international relations. They associated it with Uzbekistan’s role as a crossroads of cultures, located at the center of the Great Silk Road, as reflected in the exhibition. The sports-themed exhibition also sparked great interest among the guests, demonstrating how significant sporting achievements are in the development of society.
