Seychelles Minister: “A great gift presented to the entire world”
Barry Faure, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Seychelles, who visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, highly praised the vivid presentation of cultural and scientific heritage through modern technologies while exploring the exhibitions covering 3,000 years of history.
In his remarks, the Seychelles Minister described the Center as a project worthy of high recognition, emphasizing that the strategic vision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, played a crucial role in its establishment.
“This center is the result of far-sighted vision. It made me want to stay here not just for a day, but for several days to explore the civilization more deeply,” he said.
According to the distinguished guest, every exhibit displayed at the Center deserves special attention. In particular, a deer sculpture created approximately 3,000 years ago left a strong impression on him.
“I was amazed that such a work of art was created in ancient times. Preserving it is a great achievement,” the minister added.
At the end of the visit, he left his remarks in the Book of Honored Guests, where he especially noted that the Center is “a great gift presented to the people of Uzbekistan and to the entire world.”
