The Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye revealed his intention

According to Kadir Özkaya, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye, the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan reflects human civilization as a unified process.

Kadir Özkaya, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye:

“First of all, I would like to sincerely express my gratitude to everyone who contributed to the establishment of this Center. Truly, the structure created here is magnificent and perfect in every respect. This place reflects human civilization as a unified process. Both the pre-Islamic period and the stages of development after Islam are presented in a consistent manner. The exhibits displayed here and the information provided are extremely valuable. The unity of human history and the continuity of civilization are clearly demonstrated here. Although there were interruptions in the development of civilization during different periods, these processes are presented in the Center as a single historical chain.

In particular, seeing the ancient copies of the Holy Qur’an, especially the Mushaf written by Uthman ibn Affan, evoked even deeper emotions in me. It was a truly unique and unforgettable impression. I believe that everyone who visits Tashkent should definitely see this Center. In the future, I intend to allocate more time to thoroughly explore all the exhibitions. If I were to describe it in three words — magnificent, magnificent, magnificent.”

In addition, Ömer Faruk, a representative of the Constitutional Court of Türkiye who was part of the delegation, also shared his impressions of the Center.

Ömer Faruk, Representative of the Constitutional Court of Türkiye:

“It is immediately evident that the Center was established on the basis of a comprehensive and carefully designed concept. The processes ranging from the pre-Islamic era to the stages of development after Islam are presented here in a consistent and logical manner. The clear and systematic presentation of the various stages of human development deserves special attention. All of the exhibits attracted our interest.

In particular, as a legal professional, the historical documents related to inheritance distribution aroused great interest in me. This demonstrates that the Center possesses not only historical, but also significant scientific and practical importance.

As for the sections of the Center, each of them has been organized at a very high level. Therefore, it is difficult to single out just one — all of them are unique and rich in content.”
