Efforts to promote women’s education, science, and the study of national heritage in Uzbekistan are entering a new stage. As part of the “Crossroads of the Third Renaissance” events under the joint Tamaddun program, approved by the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, the Imam Maturidi International Scientific Research Center, and other partner institutions, the visit of representatives of the Khadichai Kubro educational institution to the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan marked another important step toward inspiring the younger generation to pursue science, research, and enlightenment.

Within the framework of the “Crossroads of the Third Renaissance” scientific and educational program, held under the motto “One Institution – One Consultation – One Result – One Future,” the leadership, faculty members, and students of the Khadichai Kubro Women’s Secondary Specialized Islamic Educational Institution, operating under the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, became closely acquainted with the activities of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the guests toured the Center’s museum exhibitions, international scientific and educational platform, modern library, digitally equipped classrooms, and research facilities created for scholars.

Participants received detailed information about the ancient civilizations that flourished in the territory of present-day Uzbekistan, the development of Islamic culture, the rich scholarly legacy of the great thinkers of the First and Second Renaissance periods, and the essence of the Third Renaissance vision being implemented in New Uzbekistan.

The participants highly appreciated the Center’s efforts to showcase the invaluable heritage of our ancestors through modern technologies, preserve manuscript collections, and make them accessible to the wider public. They also commended the country’s continued commitment to supporting women's education, scientific research, and academic development.

According to Gulruh Muhamedova, Head of the Center for Digital Educational Technologies at the Khadichai Kubro Women’s Secondary Specialized Islamic Educational Institution, the opportunities created at the Center provide an important academic and educational environment for young researchers, educators, and students.

"Today’s visit once again allowed us to witness the great attention being given to women in our country. The information presented about our ancestors’ heritage, manuscript collections, and historical treasures left a profound impression on us. We were particularly inspired by the materials highlighting the role and contributions of women throughout our history. Such opportunities serve as a tremendous source of inspiration for young educators, researchers, and students. We, too, must make a worthy contribution by studying, researching, and passing on the rich legacy of our ancestors to future generations,” she said.

During the visit, the guests also became acquainted with the international scientific and educational platform operating within the Center. They learned that the platform serves as an important research hub dedicated to the history of Islamic civilization, the scholarly heritage of Central Asian thinkers, and the traditions of national statehood.

The participants were also informed about the international conferences, academic forums, seminars, book presentations, and research projects organized through the platform. It was emphasized that the scholarly environment created here promotes the exchange of knowledge between domestic and international researchers, strengthens academic cooperation, and encourages new scientific initiatives.

The Center's modern library also attracted considerable interest. Guests were informed that it houses a rich collection of literature on Islamic history, Hadith studies, Islamic creed (aqidah), the Maturidi school of theology, and other related disciplines. Special services provided for persons with disabilities were also highlighted.

Dilnura Islomova, a student of the Khadichai Kubro Women’s Secondary Specialized Islamic Educational Institution, shared her impressions of the visit, emphasizing that the Center serves as an important institution inspiring young people to pursue knowledge and enlightenment.

“Here we gained extensive knowledge about the history of the land of Turkestan from ancient times to the present day, the spread of Islam, and the invaluable contributions of our ancestors to world civilization and science. We were especially fascinated by the library's rich collection. Seeing the literature on Hadith studies, Islamic history, aqidah, and the Maturidi tradition gave us confidence that we now have access to valuable sources for our future academic work. The opportunities available here encourage young people like us to study more deeply, conduct research, and explore the heritage of our ancestors,” she said.

At the conclusion of the event, participants emphasized that the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan has become one of the country’s leading scientific and educational institutions dedicated to advancing scholarship, enlightenment, and the study of the nation's rich historical heritage.

The two institutions also exchanged views on expanding scientific and educational cooperation, increasing student and faculty participation in research activities, and jointly implementing educational and cultural initiatives.

As emphasized during the event, initiatives of this kind contribute to strengthening the intellectual potential of the younger generation, fostering respect for the nation’s heritage, and advancing the vision of the Third Renaissance in New Uzbekistan.
