Islamic Civilization Center employee won the Grand Prix at the “Innovative Projects” competition

As part of the forum, the “Innovative Projects” competition was organized with the aim of developing the information and library sector through modern approaches, supporting innovative ideas, introducing promising projects into practice, and providing young professionals with an opportunity to demonstrate their potential.
A total of 76 startup projects from across the country participated in the competition. Based on the results of the selection stage, 12 of the most promising projects advanced to the final round.
In the final round, participants presented their projects to experts and members of the competition jury. The projects were evaluated based on their relevance, innovative approach, practical significance, implementation mechanisms, sustainability, and expected social impact.
According to the final results, the project presented by Ravshan Qodirov, Head of the Library and Archival Documents Department at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, was awarded the competition’s highest honor — the Grand Prix.
Commenting on this achievement, Ravshan Qodirov stated:
“First and foremost, I regard winning the Grand Prix in this competition as a high recognition of my professional work. Today, the effective use of digital technologies and innovative approaches is becoming increasingly important in the information and library sector. The project presented at the competition was developed in response to the sector’s modern requirements and practical needs. This achievement further increases our responsibility to improve the project and ensure its effective implementation in practice,” said Ravshan Qodirov.
The outcome of the competition demonstrated the potential of specialists at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan to apply modern knowledge and innovative approaches in the information and library sector.
This achievement also represents one of the practical results of the Center’s ongoing efforts to preserve, study, and systematize library and archival materials, as well as to expand opportunities for accessing and utilizing them through modern technologies.
The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes.
