On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a group of citizens who have made significant contributions through their dedicated work in science, education, healthcare, sports, culture and the arts, mass media, public service, industry, and the socio-economic sphere were honored with state awards.

In particular, Hamid Bahramovich Ishmatbekov, First Deputy Chairman of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, and Azizjon Dadajanovich Mansurov (Sheikh Abdulaziz Mansur), Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, were awarded the “Imom Buxoriy” order for their significant contribution to the development of the religious and educational sphere in the country, the preservation of national and universal values, and the enrichment of the spiritual life of society.

In addition, Jannat Hamidovna Ismailova, Director of the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was awarded the “Mehnat Shuhrati” order in recognition of her many years of dedicated service and significant contribution to the development of the field.

Among those honored with prestigious state awards are members of the leadership and team of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan.

Firdavs Fridunovich Abdukhalikov, Director of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, was awarded the “Fidokorona xizmatlari uchun” order for his dedicated efforts to widely promote the history of Islamic civilization and its scholarly and spiritual heritage in Uzbekistan, develop the activities of the Center, strengthen international cooperation, and advance cultural and educational initiatives.

Rustamjon Madiyevich Jabborov, Scientific Secretary of the Center, was awarded the “Mehnat shuhrati” order for his dedicated work and significant contribution to the development of the Center’s activities.
