The Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan announces admission to PhD and DSc doctoral programs for 2027
In accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on Postgraduate Education approved by Resolution No. 304 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017, “On measures to further improve the postgraduate education system,” the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan announces the admission of applications for PhD and DSc doctoral programs.
Applications will be accepted from September 15 to October 15, 2026.
Documents must be prepared in PDF format and submitted through the Unified Electronic System for Coordinating Postgraduate Education (daraja.ilmiy.uz) or via the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal.
FOR APPLICANTS TO THE PhD DOCTORAL PROGRAM
Applicants to the PhD doctoral program must submit the following documents to the Admissions Committee:
a brief biographical statement (CV);
· a copy of the Master’s degree diploma;
· a list of published academic works and copies thereof (1 article and 2 conference abstracts);
· a national or equivalent international certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language.
FOR APPLICANTS TO THE DSc DOCTORAL PROGRAM
Applicants to the DSc doctoral program must submit the following documents to the Admissions Committee:
a brief biographical statement (CV);
· a copy of the diploma conferring the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree;
· a list of published academic works and copies thereof (3 articles and 2 conference abstracts);
· a research report on the proposed topic and a detailed draft plan of the doctoral dissertation to be prepared for the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree;
· a national or equivalent international certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language.
