04.12.2025, 14:592912

The Islamic Civilization Center, where Uzbekistan’s rich historical heritage harmonizes with modern exhibitions and interactive technologies, continues to welcome international guests as one of the country’s most prominent scientific and educational institutions. The next distinguished visitors were a delegation led by Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

While touring the Center, Denis Manturov noted that he was deeply impressed by its concept, modern interpretation of exhibitions, and the scholarly approach to presenting historical heritage. The delegation viewed the exhibitions “Pre-Islamic Period,” “First Renaissance,” “Second Renaissance,” as well as the section “New Uzbekistan – New Renaissance,” and highly valued the scientific consistency and technological solutions within each section.

During the visit, the delegation paid special attention to edlucational projects aimed at engaging youth in research, as well as the Center’s digital archives and interactive platforms developed to international standards.

Delegation member Alexander Pavlovich Semyonov shared his impressions:

“After visiting such a center, a person takes away a part of history with them. These are not just pages to be remembered they are feelings that live in the heart. Creating such a center means creating new history.”

At the end of the visit, the Russian delegation highly praised the Center’s activities and emphasized that its scientific and educational initiatives will contribute to strengthening cultural cooperation between the two countries.
