Today in Tashkent, nearly 50 leading experts, theologians, politicians, and representatives of international organizations from 15 countries gathered on the first day of the 2nd International “Dialogue of Declarations” Forum to discuss issues of interfaith dialogue, freedom of conscience, and peace.

At the beginning of the 20th century, a new renaissance began in Turkestan society. In this process, the Jadid movement emerged as the main force in the struggle for enlightenment and freedom. They aimed to change the destiny of the entire nation by opening schools, sending young people to study abroad, and bringing new knowledge back to their homeland.

In the history of Uzbek poetry, Zulfiya Isroilova holds a well-deserved place among the poets who left a deep mark with their unique voice, high artistic mastery, and humanistic virtues. Her works are distinguished by heartfelt emotions that touch the soul, devotion to the homeland, the dignity of women, and the celebration of human love.

The forum was organized by the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies (ISRS) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the U.S.-based NGO “LYNC” (“Love Your Neighbor Community”), with the support of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Samarkand regional administration.
