Hadith Schools of Maverannahr — Now on an Interactive Map!

The Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan is launching a new project dedicated to the history of hadith schools in Maverannahr. As part of this initiative, the hadith schools that emerged in renowned centers of learning such as Shash, Kesh, Termez, Bukhara, and Samarkand will be presented through an interactive map.
A multimedia project titled “The Intellectual and Spiritual Legacy of Burhanuddin al-Marghinani” will be developed.

A multimedia project titled “The Intellectual and Spiritual Legacy of Burhanuddin al-Marghinani” will be developed.

Another important initiative is planned to be implemented in stages, aimed at highlighting the life and scholarly contributions of one of the most prominent scholars of the Islamic world — Burhanuddin al-Marghinani.
The exhibition “The Era of the Second Renaissance” is being enhanced based on the legacy of the Timurids.

At the Museum of the History of the Timurids, projects related to the creation of the "Second Renaissance Era" exhibition sector on the Timurid period at the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan were discussed. A number of important proposals were put forward to ensure historical accuracy and scientific consistency.
Valuable ethnographic and archaeological exhibits will enrich the collection of the Center of Islamic Civilization.
