First of all, I am very pleased to pay an official visit to Uzbekistan. This is my first official visit since assuming the position of Secretary-General, and I am very happy to have the opportunity to visit the Islamic Civilization Center. I know that this center has recently opened, and I congratulate you on presenting a beautiful story about five different civilizations.

This is an excellent way to introduce future generations to diverse civilizations, and the presentation of these stories using modern technologies, including immersive art, is very impressive. I have not seen such an approach before.

Once again, I congratulate you. I believe this Center will serve as an important symbolic site for Uzbekistan and the city of Tashkent. It will also contribute to the development of tourism, especially by attracting visitors who are eager to learn more about culture and heritage.

First, I congratulate you on the creation of the cultural museum of the Islamic Civilization Center. It has become a wonderful addition to the historical, traditional, and cultural attractions of Uzbekistan.

Tourism development requires a strong foundation, and it is commendable that attention has been given to this.

Second, facilitating visas for more than 90 countries is another important indicator of the significance of tourism in the national economy.
