It is a great honor for me to be here today and to see the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan with my own eyes. In my view, this institution is a tremendous spiritual treasure not only for the people of Uzbekistan, but also for the entire Turkic world and the Islamic world.

The atmosphere created here, the presentation of the historical heritage, and the depth and substance of the exhibitions have left a profound impression on me. It is difficult to describe in simple words the remarkable work that has been accomplished here.
