International media continue to highly praise Uzbekistan’s rich history and cultural heritage. In an article titled “Exploring Tashkent, the Design Capital of Uzbekistan,” published by India’s prestigious magazine The Week, Tashkent is recognized not only as a city of design and architecture, but also as one of the important centers of Islamic civilization.
An event aimed at bringing together members of the scholarly community on a scientific and educational platform and ensuring equal opportunities in access to services was held at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. Organized in cooperation with the Tashkent City Center for Visually Impaired Youth, the latest spiritual and educational event entitled “The names of our ancestors are forever in our memory” became a meaningful platform for dialogue celebrating knowledge, enlightenment, and human dignity.
A founding meeting to establish the “Uzbekistan – Saudi Arabia” Friendship Society was held at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. The event was attended by representatives of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Compatriots Abroad, the founders of the Society, the Center’s leadership, experts in the field, and members of the public.
BlancOne’s official representative in Uzbekistan and Regional Manager, Erica Ricci, was deeply impressed by the atmosphere created at the Islamic Civilization Center and the wealth of information presented there. According to Erica Ricci, who has visited nearly 60 countries around the world, the Center is one of the most memorable places she has ever seen.
