Nearly nine years ago, in the summer of 2018, a symbolic foundation stone laid in the heart of Tashkent embodied a grand vision. During those first historic moments of constructing the Islamic Civilization Center, established at the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, it was stated: “The purpose of building this center is to study Islamic enlightenment and to convey the great heritage of our ancestors to the entire world.” Today, that vision has become a reality.
