The Islamic Civilization Center inspires admiration and fascination in people. In particular, the fact that it was established on the initiative of Shavkat Mirziyoyev further enhances its significance.

In my opinion, this is not only important for Uzbekistan, but also represents a significant scientific and cultural phenomenon for the whole of Central Asia and the Turkic Islamic world. Through this center, Uzbekistan demonstrates that, just as in the Middle Ages, it remains today one of the key intellectual centers of the Islamic world.

The Center’s exhibitions are very thoughtfully designed. They cover not only religious heritage, but also the scientific, intellectual, and cultural development that has taken shape over centuries. It is especially important that the historical processes are presented consistently, from ancient times to the Timurid Renaissance and the Jadid movement period. Amir Temur and the Timurid era made a tremendous contribution to world civilization. Amir Temur left an indelible mark in history as the founder of a great state, while his descendants made significant contributions to the development of science, culture, and the arts.
