Recognized internationally as “The largest museum of Islamic civilization,” and also rated by TURKSOY as the best museum in the Turkic world, the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan once again hosted a high-level visit. A delegation led by the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrej Babiš, became closely acquainted with the Center’s activities and its unique exhibitions.

Formed on the basis of more than 800 scientific projects and housing nearly 3,000 unique artifacts, the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan is today emerging as an international scientific and cultural hub. A delegation led by Sahibzada Sultan Ahmad Ali, head of the MUSLIM Institute (research and analytical center) of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, visited the Center to familiarized closely with its exhibitions.

A delegation led by Stefano Berterame, Secretary of the International Narcotics Control Board, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. The guests closely familiarized with all exhibition halls of the Center’s museum and highly appreciated the rich historical and cultural heritage on display.

The Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan welcomed another high-level international delegation. A delegation led by Mark Tervakoski, Director of the Europe and Asia Programs Office of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State, explored the Center’s expositions in detail.
