A delegation led by Diene Keita, Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan.

A meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. During the meeting, unique historical artifacts repatriated to the country as a result of ongoing efforts to protect cultural heritage and return it to its homeland through international cooperation were presented to the wider academic community for the first time.

Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan as part of his official visit to Uzbekistan.

An article about the international conference held in Madrid to mark the 690th anniversary of the birth of Amir Temur was published in the Spanish newspaper El Mundo Financiero. The article described the conference dedicated to Amir Temur’s legacy as an important platform for historical dialogue between East and West, and highlighted Uzbekistan’s efforts to preserve its cultural heritage and promote Timurid civilization at the international level.
