President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, together with representatives of the public, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, which officially opened its doors ahead of the great holidays — the blessed Eid al-Fitr and Navruz.

The Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, opening in Tashkent, has been highlighted in an article published on Hungary’s Hello Magyar website as an important initiative for preserving the country’s cultural and spiritual heritage and advancing scientific knowledge. It has also been emphasized in sources such as Bernama and the Uzbek Embassy in Latvia that the center is enriched not only with historical artifacts and modern exhibitions, but also demonstrates the global significance of Islamic civilization in Central Asia.

A new opportunity has been created to further deepen the study of Amir Temur’s legacy. A number of books dedicated to the history of the Timurid era and the life of the great commander have been donated to the library of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. These publications will enrich the Center’s collection and serve as an important academic resource for researchers.
